Hands on Time
Chop up the peppers and tomatoes, and mince the garlic. Put in a medium bowl and add all other ingredients.
Season to taste and enjoy! If you have a blender or food processor, you can skip the chopping and blend the ingredients to make a dip – you may need to add a little extra olive oil until it is smooth.
This sauce will last in an air tight container in the refrigerator for about five days.
