The Food Detectives

at New Mexico State University

During the early 2000s, this educational game site, produced by New Mexico State University, provided food safety learning activities for kids ages 8-12, including songs, activities, and arcade-style games. Youth learned the importance of the four key messages in the Fight BAC food safety program: wash hands and utensils, chill leftovers properly, cook food to the proper temperature, and separate cooked food from raw meat and juices.
